- Work from home, manage your own diary & travel to meet clients and conduct assessment
- Train others in Teams and face to face
- Assess and manage current case & clients

The Role
Hours: Full time hours 37.5+ per week.
Role: Paediatric Nurse Case Manager
Contract type: Permanent & Full time, 9 to 5, work mostly from home, required to travel to meet clients and conduct competence assessments

Extensive support and training is provided.
Essential:
UK Driving License, own vehicle, willingness to work from home and commute.
Desirable:
Paediatric, Tracheostomy and ventilation experience.
